Where there is an oath, there will be a covenant
But where there is an oath, there will be a covenant. Covenants in themselves are not bad, far from it. In its purest form, a covenant can bring people together under a beneficial system for everyone's wellbeing under the authority of a loving God. The word 'covenant' literally means: to come together. A covenant is a marriage. And just like there are good and bad marriages, covenants can either liberate or enslave people. That doesn't make the institution obsolete - rather, it is the behaviour of masters and servants that will make a covenant succeed or fail.
What is the legal definition of a covenant?
In The Two Covenants I have briefly outlined the features of a covenant, but the legal ramifications involve land, real estate and property as outlined in this legal dictionary. Notice how covenants can not be enforced if they are intended to accomplish an illegal purpose. This is important to remember. A Global Citizen covenant based on lies and deceptions, intended to enslave and own mankind, is not valid in the eyes of the law. Under God's laws, a covenant of evil is null and void. It is without authority, without legal effect, without potency and of no value.
What is a compact?
To quote the legal dictionary again:
Again, important to remember: anything involving Global Citizen oaths is likely to involve skulduggery. The term compact is most often applied to agreements among states or between nations on matters in which they have a common concern. The Constitution contains the Compact Clause, which prohibits one state from entering into a compact with another state without the consent of Congress.
Our world is in the process of returning to a system of governing through covenants. We are about to turn back full circle to a world of city states, each with a 'king' or mayor, with each inhabitant covenanted to a technocratic communitarian system of slavery.
Do you find it hard to believe? Then take a close look at the following:
There are 7,675 signatories so far!! But look at their pledge:Join the new Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy!Heralded as the “world’s biggest urban climate and energy initiative” by Commissioner Miguel Arias CaƱete, the Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy brings together thousands of local and regional authorities voluntarily committed to implementing EU climate and energy objectives on their territory.New signatories now pledge to reduce CO2 emissions by at least 40% by 2030 and to adopt an integrated approach to tackling mitigation and adaptation to climate change.
I, [Name], [Mayor or equivalent representative title] of [name of city or jurisdiction] commit to the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, joining thousands of other cities and local governments around the world currently engaged in climate leadership. The Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy envisions a world where committed mayors and local governments – in alliance with partners – accelerate ambitious, measurable climate and energy initiatives that lead to an inclusive, just, low-emission and climate resilient future, helping to meet and exceed the Paris Agreement objectives.Whatever the size or location, the mayors and local leaders committed to the Global Covenant stand ready to take concrete measures with long-term impact to tackle the interconnected challenges of climate change mitigation, adaptation, and access to sustainable energy. To implement this vision, the [city/town/village/type of jurisdiction] of [name of city or jurisdiction] pledges to implement policies and undertake measures to (i) reduce / limit greenhouse gas emissions, (ii) prepare for the impacts of climate change, (iii) increase access to sustainable energy, and (iv) track progress toward these objectives. Specifically, within no more than three years of this commitment, we pledge to develop, formally adopt and report on the following:
· A community-scale greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory;· An assessment of climate hazards and vulnerabilities;· Ambitious adaptation vision and goals, based on quantified scientific evidence when possible, to increase local resilience to climate change;· Ambitious and just goal to improve access to sustainable energy; and· Plan(s) to address climate change mitigation / low emission development, climate resilience and adaptation, and access to sustainable energy, including provisions for regular (annual or biennial) progress reports.
The targets and action plans for mitigation / low emission development must be quantified and consistent with or exceed relevant national commitments defined through the relevant UNFCCC (Intended) Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC).We acknowledge that there may be additional region- or country-specific commitments for us to adhere to, agreed through our local membership networks or through our direct engagement with local Global Covenant of Mayors partners. The [city/town/village/type of jurisdiction] of [name of city or jurisdiction] acknowledges that continued membership in the Global Covenant of Mayors and associated local chapters or “Regional Covenants” as established, is contingent on complying with the above requirements within established timeframes.Name etc of local governmentWebsite of city or jurisdictionName of MayorEtc etcMandated by the responsible officer or municipal councilOFFICIAL SIGNATURE
The Global Forum in Rome |
Let's go back again to December 2016, when five hundred CEOs of the world's most powerful companies convened to discuss which actions they were going to take to bring the Global Citizen system to the ends of the earth. But why did they need the Pope's blessing? This was unusual, unless you start to see it from a covenant (or a compact) perspective.
In ancient times, covenants were always drawn up under the authority of a deity. The gathering in Rome had an unmistakable flavour of entering into a covenant through a mediator of whichever deity the Pope was representing. Just like the high priests of ancient societies.
Deceptive reporting by Time magazine!
Notice how deceptively Time Magazine uses the word 'impact' in its headline, but reports on forging a new, inverted commas, "social compact" in the article itself: "Social" is a deception again, because a compact is a legal instrument. Or would be, if it was done according to law and for the genuine benefit of the nations agreeing to such a treaty.
How Fortune, TIME and Over 100 Business Leaders Are Forging a New Social Impact
…this month, Fortune and our sister publication Time are convening an unprecedented summit at the Vatican to answer it. There, more than 100 corporate chieftains, thought leaders, scholars, and experts in labor, health, education, economics, and the environment will meet intensively with one another—and with Pope Francis—in the hopes of forging a new “social compact” between Big Business and the global community it serves.

Banks imposing the Global Covenant on governments and society
Next, we look at the World Economic Forum. It is the venue where bankers have their get-togethers. Again, what are banks doing, creating a covenant outside of their jurisdiction? What are commercial enterprises doing with a legal instrument intended for individuals and families? The lawlessness of it just makes my blood boil.

The New Social Covenant, which was created by the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Values, is one way of fulfilling this mission: to remind all the stakeholders in business, government and civil society to base their decisions on values that serve human dignity, environmental stewardship and the common good."
The new social covenant project of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Values aims to create global and local partnerships between business, government and civil society...
The project is aligned with major global citizenship and reporting initiatives, such as the United Nations Global Compact.
Participation in the project will enable corporations to interact with peers, including senior representatives from governments and civil society.
To make matters even worse: just
like there is a register for individuals who have taken the oath, there is also a
register for banker’s covenanters:

This covenant was to be implemented in 2016. And that is exactly what happened in Rome.
Global Covenant of World Religions
Finally, I would like to draw your attention to yet another global covenant (or is it all one and the same covenant?) In 2014, Jerry White, deputy assistant Secretary of State in the U.S. government’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations became a 'poster boy' for appealing to the world's religions to enter into a covenant with the Vatican. Not a 'World Peace' covenant or a 'Unity' covenant, but here is the same ominous wording again:
Call to action for 'Global Covenant of World Religions'
While noting that governments and civil society organisations are an important part of any peace strategy, White believes faith leaders have a crucial role to play in combatting the alarming increase in religiously-motivated violence…
“Religion is a vocabulary that is being used, even every day as we look in the paper, to justify violence……religion has to be part of the solution—and that’s why a conversation about a new covenant, an interreligious peace treaty—what would that look like? Why Rome is so important is it’s become an address by which people are projecting perhaps on to Pope Francis, the Catholic Church, but again the archetype of Saint Francis, who stood for peace, and was courageous enough to go, in the 13th century during the crusades, to reach out to a sultan - that archetype is actually interestingly been invoked. So I believe that a number of the world’s religious leaders are dropping through Rome more than ever before, and appealing for that type of neutral brokerage, a third side…..

A better covenant
We are rapidly moving towards a world where there will be only two choices left: to enter into an illegal and unsustainable Global Covenant of lies and deception, or enter into a different covenant we can read about in the Bible. We don't need Pope Francis as a mediator for any covenant. We already have a Mediator for a new and wonderful covenant, the beneficial system of government that will preside over a better world in hopefully only a short while. That Mediator is easy to find: Jesus Christ the soon to come King over all the nations.
